Effective Date
This Editorial Policy applies to all manuscripts submitted to the Global Interdisciplinary Research and Publishing Collective (GIRPC) Journal and governs the editorial management, peer review, ethical oversight, and publication process. The policy has been developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing and is intended to ensure fairness, transparency, academic integrity, and editorial independence throughout the publication process.

1. Editorial Philosophy
The GIRPC Journal is committed to advancing scholarly excellence through the publication of original, innovative, and ethically conducted research. The Journal seeks to provide an inclusive platform for researchers from diverse academic disciplines while maintaining rigorous editorial standards that promote the reliability, credibility, and accessibility of scholarly communication. The Editorial Office is guided by the principles of academic freedom, impartiality, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and respect for intellectual property.

2. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently and exclusively on the basis of academic merit. The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board exercise full editorial authority without interference from publishers, sponsors, advertisers, funding agencies, institutional affiliations, or commercial interests. Acceptance or rejection of a manuscript shall never be influenced by financial considerations, political beliefs, institutional reputation, nationality, race, religion, gender, or any other non-academic factor.

3. Scope of Editorial Evaluation
Each submitted manuscript is evaluated to determine whether it:

4. Initial Editorial Assessment
Upon submission, every manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening conducted by the Editorial Office.
The purpose of this assessment is to determine:

Where necessary, additional reviewers may be appointed to obtain balanced academic evaluations.

All manuscripts received by the Journal shall be treated as confidential documents. Editors, reviewers, editorial staff, and any individuals involved in the editorial process shall not disclose information concerning submitted manuscripts except where disclosure is required for legitimate editorial or publication purposes. Unpublished manuscripts or associated materials shall not be used for personal research or professional advantage.

The Journal recognizes that Artificial Intelligence technologies may assist certain aspects of scholarly writing.
