The journal is committed to publishing high-quality, original, and ethically conducted research that contributes meaningfully to academic knowledge and professional practice across a broad range of disciplines.

The GIRPC Journal welcomes submissions from researchers, academicians, professionals, policymakers, postgraduate scholars, and independent researchers from around the world. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are evaluated solely on their academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Authors are advised to read these guidelines carefully before preparing and submitting their manuscripts. Adherence to these instructions will facilitate a smooth editorial and peer-review process.

Journal Scope

The GIRPC Journal is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original scholarly work across a wide range of disciplines. The journal encourages interdisciplinary research and welcomes manuscripts from, but not limited to, the following fields:

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following categories of scholarly work:

Comprehensive and critical evaluations of existing literature that identify research trends, gaps, and future directions.

Editorials and invited commentaries may be published at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

Originality and Exclusive Submission

​

Authors submitting manuscripts to the GIRPC Journal confirm that:

​

• The manuscript is original.

• The work has not been published previously in any journal, book, or conference proceedings (except where clearly disclosed).

• The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal or publisher.

• All sources of information have been properly acknowledged.

• The submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Duplicate submission or duplicate publication constitutes unethical publishing practice and may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.

​

Language

The official language of publication is English.

Authors should ensure that manuscripts are written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct academic English. Manuscripts containing significant language deficiencies may be returned for language revision prior to peer review.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare manuscripts using the journal's official manuscript template.

A typical manuscript should include the following sections:

• Corresponding Author Details

• ORCID iD (recommended)

• Abstract

• Keywords

• Introduction

• Literature Review

• Research Objectives or Research Questions

Title

The title should:

​

• Clearly describe the content of the research.

• Be concise and informative.

• Avoid abbreviations where possible.

• Reflect the primary focus of the study.

Abstract

The abstract should:

​

• Contain 150–250 words.

• Summarize the research objective, methodology, principal findings, and conclusion.

• Be written as a single paragraph.

• Avoid citations and undefined abbreviations.

​​

Keywords

Authors should provide 4–8 keywords immediately after the abstract.

Keywords should accurately represent the major concepts of the manuscript and assist in indexing and discoverability.

Formatting Requirements

​

Unless otherwise specified in the official manuscript template:

• Font: Times New Roman

• Font Size: 12 pt

• Line Spacing: 1.5

• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

• Alignment: Justified

• Page Numbers: Bottom centre or bottom right

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Tables and Figures

​

Tables and figures should:

​

• Be numbered consecutively.

• Include descriptive titles or captions.

• Be cited within the text.

• Be of publication-quality resolution.

• Clearly indicate the source where reproduced or adapted.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission where required.

​

Citation and Referencing

​

The journal follows the APA (7th Edition) referencing style unless otherwise specified for a particular discipline or special issue.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

​

• Every in-text citation appears in the reference list.

• Every reference listed has been cited in the text.

• References are accurate, complete, and consistently formatted.

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

​

Authors are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and research ethics.

Authors must ensure that:

​

• Research has been conducted honestly and responsibly.

• Data have not been fabricated, falsified, or manipulated.

• Appropriate ethical approval has been obtained where required.

• All contributors who meet authorship criteria are included as authors.

• Funding sources are disclosed.

• Potential conflicts of interest are declared.

Plagiarism

​

The GIRPC Journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.

All submitted manuscripts may be screened for originality prior to peer review.

Any evidence of plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical research practices may result in rejection, retraction, or other appropriate editorial action.

Authors are encouraged to review the journal's Plagiarism Policy before submission.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

​

Artificial intelligence tools may be used to assist with language editing, grammar improvement, translation, or drafting support.

However:

• Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript.

• AI systems may not be listed as authors.

• Authors should verify all AI-assisted content, references, analyses, and citations before submission.

• AI must not be used to fabricate research findings, references, images, or data.

Peer Review

 

Every manuscript submitted to the GIRPC Journal undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its suitability for the journal.

Suitable manuscripts proceed to a double-blind peer-review process, during which reviewers and authors remain anonymous to one another. Independent expert reviewers evaluate the originality, methodology, scientific quality, clarity, significance, and ethical compliance of the submission.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief may issue one of the following decisions:

• Accept with Minor Revisions

• Major Revisions Required

• Reject

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will be required to complete the journal's copyright documentation before publication.
