Purpose

The Global Interdisciplinary Research and Publishing Collective (GIRPC) Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, impartiality, and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. The credibility of published research depends not only on its scientific or scholarly merit but also on the transparent disclosure of relationships, activities, and interests that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the conduct, interpretation, or reporting of research.

This Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form is designed to assist authors in identifying and disclosing any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that may be relevant to the submitted manuscript. Such disclosures enable the Journal to evaluate submissions fairly, maintain editorial independence, and preserve the trust of readers, reviewers, and the wider academic community.

The Journal recognizes that the existence of a conflict of interest does not necessarily imply inappropriate conduct or compromise the validity of the research. Rather, transparent disclosure allows the Editorial Office to assess whether any additional measures are necessary to ensure an objective and unbiased editorial process.

All authors are expected to disclose relevant financial, professional, institutional, personal, intellectual property, or other relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing their work. Where uncertainty exists regarding whether a particular relationship should be disclosed, authors are encouraged to disclose the information in the interest of transparency.

The information provided in this form will be used solely for editorial evaluation, publication governance, and, where appropriate, the preparation of conflict of interest statements accompanying published articles. All disclosures will be handled in accordance with the Journal's Privacy Policy, Publication Ethics, and other applicable editorial policies.

Scope and Time Frame of Disclosure

To promote consistency and transparency, authors are requested to disclose interests and relationships according to the following reporting periods:

A. Support Directly Related to the Submitted Work

Any financial, material, institutional, or professional support directly related to the research reported in the submitted manuscript must be disclosed regardless of when such support was received. This includes support provided at any stage of the research, from the initial conception of the study through data collection, analysis, manuscript preparation, and submission for publication.

B. Other Relevant Interests

All other financial, professional, institutional, personal, or intellectual relationships that are not directly related to the submitted work but could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research should be disclosed if they existed at any time during the 36 months preceding the date of manuscript submission.

Where a relationship extends beyond this period but remains relevant to the submitted work, authors are encouraged to disclose it in the interest of transparency.
