Global Interdisciplinary Research and Publishing Collective (GIRPC) Journal

Introduction

 

The Global Interdisciplinary Research and Publishing Council (GIRPC) Journal welcomes the submission of original, high-quality, and unpublished scholarly manuscripts from researchers worldwide. Authors are encouraged to carefully follow these submission guidelines to ensure a smooth editorial and peer-review process.

Submission of a manuscript implies that all authors have read and agreed to these guidelines and that the manuscript complies with the journal's editorial and ethical standards.

Eligibility for Submission

Authors submitting manuscripts to the GIRPC Journal must ensure that:

​

  • The manuscript is original and unpublished.

  • The manuscript is not under review by another journal or publisher.

  • All listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions to the work.

  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript before submission.

  • The submission complies with the journal's ethical and publication policies.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.

Before You Submit

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that you have:

​

  • Read the Author Guidelines.

  • Used the official manuscript template.

  • Followed the required referencing style.

  • Completed the manuscript in its final form.

  • Checked grammar, spelling, and formatting.

  • Obtained ethical approval where applicable.

  • Declared all funding sources.

  • Declared any conflicts of interest.

  • Completed all required forms.

  • Carefully reviewed the Submission Checklist.

Files Required for Submission​

Authors should submit the following documents:

​

1. Manuscript

The complete manuscript prepared according to the journal's formatting requirements.

Accepted format:

​

  • Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

​​

2. Title Page

The title page should include:

​

  • Title of the manuscript

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Corresponding author's name

  • Email address

  • ORCID iD (recommended)

​​

3. Author Declaration Form

A completed and signed Author Declaration Form confirming originality, authorship, and compliance with journal policies.

​

4. Conflict of Interest Form

A completed Conflict of Interest Form disclosing any financial, institutional, or personal interests that could influence the research.

​

5. Copyright Form

A signed Copyright Form (required after acceptance unless otherwise instructed).

​

6. Supplementary Material (if applicable)

Examples include:

​

  • Research datasets

  • Questionnaires

  • Interview schedules

  • Software code

  • Multimedia files

  • Additional tables or figures

At present, manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal's official editorial email.

To facilitate manuscript management, authors are requested to use the following naming format:

Initial Editorial Screening

Upon receipt, every submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment.

During this stage, the Editorial Office evaluates:

​

  • Relevance to the journal's scope

  • Compliance with submission requirements

  • Completeness of submitted documents

  • Manuscript formatting

  • Language quality

  • Ethical compliance

  • Originality screening (where applicable)

​​

Manuscripts that fail to meet the journal's minimum requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before peer review or may be declined.

​

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening proceed to a double-blind peer-review process involving independent expert reviewers.

The review process evaluates:

​

  • Originality

  • Academic significance

  • Methodological quality

  • Scientific validity

  • Clarity of presentation

  • Ethical compliance

  • Quality of references

  • Contribution to existing knowledge

Editorial Decisions

Following peer review, one of the following editorial decisions may be communicated:

​

  • Accept

  • Accept with Minor Revisions

  • Major Revisions Required

  • Resubmit for Review

  • Reject

​​

The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision after considering reviewers' recommendations and the overall quality of the manuscript.

​

Revision Process

Where revisions are requested, authors should:

​

  • Revise the manuscript carefully.

  • Address each reviewer comment individually.

  • Highlight or track all revisions made.

  • Submit a detailed response letter explaining how each reviewer comment has been addressed.

​​

Failure to adequately respond to reviewer comments may delay publication or result in rejection.

​

Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Authors wishing to withdraw a manuscript should notify the Editorial Office in writing as early as possible.

Withdrawal requests received after the peer-review process has begun or after acceptance will be considered in accordance with the journal's Retraction & Correction Policy and may require an explanation from the authors.

 

Publication Timeline

While every effort is made to process manuscripts efficiently, the duration of the editorial and peer-review process may vary depending on:

  • Reviewer availability

  • Quality of the submission

  • Number of revision rounds

  • Editorial workload

Authors will be informed of significant decisions throughout the editorial process.

​

Correspondence

All communication regarding a manuscript will be directed to the designated Corresponding Author.

The Corresponding Author is responsible for:

​

  • Communicating with co-authors.

  • Responding to editorial queries.

  • Submitting revisions.

  • Approving publication proofs.

  • Ensuring that all co-authors are informed of editorial decisions.

 

Confidentiality

All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents.

Editors, reviewers, and editorial staff are expected to maintain strict confidentiality throughout the editorial and peer-review process.

Manuscripts will not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals without the consent of the authors, except where required to investigate ethical concerns.

After Acceptance

Following acceptance, manuscripts will undergo:

​

  • Copyediting

  • Language editing (where required)

  • Layout and typesetting

  • Author proof review

  • Final publication

​​

Authors will receive page proofs for final review before publication. Only minor typographical or formatting corrections should be made at this stage.
