The Global Interdisciplinary Research and Publishing Collective (GIRPC) Journal is committed to advancing the global dissemination of scholarly knowledge through an open, accessible, and equitable publishing model. The Journal believes that unrestricted access to high-quality research promotes academic collaboration, accelerates scientific progress, supports innovation, and enhances the societal impact of scholarly work.
This Open Access Policy establishes the principles governing public access to the Journal's published content and defines the rights and responsibilities of authors, readers, and the Journal with respect to the dissemination and use of published research.

The purpose of this policy is to:

Unless otherwise stated, all published content is subject to this Open Access Policy.

Open Access Principles
The Journal operates on the principle that scholarly knowledge should be disseminated as widely as possible.
Accordingly, all published articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication without subscription fees or paywall restrictions. Readers may access published content without charge and without the need for institutional or personal subscription. The Journal does not impose restrictions on the lawful reading, downloading, or sharing of published articles, subject to applicable copyright and licensing terms.

Accessibility
The Journal is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted online access to its published content.
Accordingly:

readers may access articles without registration where technically feasible;

published articles shall remain freely available through the Journal's official website;

access shall not be limited by geographical location; and

the Journal shall endeavour to maintain continuous public availability of published research.

Author Rights
Authors retain the intellectual responsibility for their published work in accordance with the Journal's Copyright and Licensing Policy. Publication in the Journal does not affect the moral rights of authors in relation to their scholarly contributions.
The specific copyright ownership and licensing conditions governing published articles shall be determined by the Journal's Copyright & Licensing Policy.

Use of Published Content
Published articles may be read, downloaded, cited, and shared for lawful academic, educational, and research purposes in accordance with the applicable copyright licence and relevant laws.
Users are expected to:

The Journal recognizes the importance of preserving scholarly literature for future generations. The Journal shall take reasonable measures to maintain the long-term accessibility of its published content and to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record. Where necessary, the Journal may implement appropriate archiving and digital preservation practices.

Editorial Independence
The Journal's Open Access model does not influence editorial decision-making. Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the academic merit, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and scholarly significance of submitted manuscripts. Financial considerations, institutional affiliations, nationality, or any other non-academic factors shall not influence editorial assessment.

Publication Charges
Information regarding publication fees, article processing charges, waivers, or other applicable publication costs shall be published separately in the Journal's Publication Fees Policy. The existence or absence of publication charges shall not influence editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts.

Policy Review
The Journal shall periodically review this Open Access Policy to ensure continued alignment with developments in scholarly publishing, digital accessibility, research dissemination, and international best practices. The Journal reserves the right to revise this policy where necessary to strengthen transparency and improve access to scholarly research.
